Key Responsibilities:
? Enhance and foster technical cooperation or development with key account (on Machine Building or end customer premises mainly) to ensure customer satisfaction (overlooking the 1st level support)
? Manager application related (follow up) tasks at customer sites as well as digitally from the office environment
? Conducting technical application knowledge workshops on request of the customer
? Manage customer feedback professionally via complaint process
? Professional technical communication with stakeholders (internally and externally), always in cooperation with the sales team
? Suggesting and overlooking product trials(new or comparative) for Researching and Developing or sales department
? Share observations on products applied
? Provision of internal technical training + guidance
? Suggest improvements to enhance performance of the existing product portfolio
? Continuous learning: Ensure technical qualification, training and individual development of each team member
? Overlooking one region or country, supervising a team of Application Engineering staff as functional leader plus acting on the Application Engineering role itself.
? Strong communication with product group manager.
? Benchmark study support of competitor products (incl. shortlisting of items)
? Ad Hoc Tasks
Job Requirements:
? Technical engineering education (college / vocational school)
? Textile machinery qualification(2-3 years)+practical working experience in textile environment
? Familiar with Microsoft office + digital service tools
? Hands-on mentality with excellent organizational skills+ ability to enhance efficiency and collaboration between business divisions/departments/product groups
? Structured working style, analyzing + decision making skills
? Proficient English proficiency
? Be proactive
? Flexible for travel arrangements
? Outgoing with a motivated approach, honest, trustworthy
? Able to work independently
? Service mindset / problem solving mentality / taking ownership
? Can accept business travel (4 days/week)
